Prunus Glandulosa - Flowering Almond will bring a beautiful sight to your yard with showy pink flowers that bloom in early spring. These single or double blooming flowers cover the entirety of this compact shrubs bare branches prior to foliage emerging. And since they do not get really tall, about 4-5 feet, it will make a beautiful center piece in your landscape! During fall the green leaves turn to a vibrant yellow shade, this gives you color throughout the seasons. They are a tough plant that is very easy to care for. They respond well to even heavy pruning, are drought tolerant and tolerate many different types of soils.
