trees ok, not quite what expected

trees arrived fine and healthy, and seem to be growing well, but they were not as tall as listed. I asked specifically and was told they would be 3-4ft tall, got them and the tallest one was only 2.5 ft tall. Not a huge difference I guess, but for the cost, I may have considered buying elsewhere if I had know they would be that small.

Plant was healthy if not for broken main branch

Plant appeared healthy. Unfortunately, about 1.25’ of the main branch broke off at exactly the point where the stake that stabilised the plant ended and the remaining branches appeared droopy. The stake that came with it was shorter than the plant. I wonder if a longer stake would have prevented the breakage. Regardless, it is in the ground now and hopefully, it will grow into a healthy tree. I also would like to applaud the company for using biodegradable material!

Plant was healthy, nicely branched and pruned, very well packaged. I almost rated 4-stars because plant is younger than I expected for the price, but that fault is on me for not clarifying this with seller before purchase. It is, after all, a 1-gallon container and free shipping is included in purchase price. Healthy buds on branches and some have already flowered.

Ornamental Cherry tree 'Autumnalis Flowering Cherry Tree'

Prunus subhirtella, or Higan cherry, is a naturally occurring hybrid native to Japan. Though rarely sold, their cultivars, the Pendula and Autumnalis, are commonly sold under this name. Known to bloom single or double pink/white blooms in spring and considered to be semi-disease resistant.
The Autumnalis is a fast growing, tall cultivar with a rounded, symmetrical crown. Heavy blooms of semi-double pink flowers during spring, and sparse blooms occurring in the fall, hence the name. Bright, serrated, green foliage turns yellow in the fall with small fruits loved by birds and other wildlife.
