If upon arrival, your plant has an issue that you are unhappy with, it is important you contact us ASAP. Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your trees or plants. Email us to make it right! We will ask for a description of how the plant arrived and pictures of the package and plants you received.
Plants require proper care to acclimate to their new environments. Unfortunately, if you've neglected, given sub-par care, or purchased plants outside of your growing zone recommendation, your purchase will not be covered by our guarantee.
how & when do we ship?
All purchases once shipped and with the mailing carrier may not be cancelled. Our plants are harvested per order, because of that we cannot accept returns.
Between November and April, when you order plants from us, there is a high chance that they will be in a dormant state for winter. Leaf-bearing trees and plants naturally shed their leaves and small branches during cold winter months for their health and well-being. This is a normal process.
We utilize UPS as our shipping carrier for all orders. The delivery timeframe can vary between 1-3 days, depending on the destination of your order. Please note that shipping times may differ based on the location. Kindly note that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes due to the size of our products. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
