Chaenomeles 'Spitfire' - 'Spitfire Flowering Quince is a bold, early-spring bloomer that adds fiery color to the landscape when little else is flowering. Its vibrant, deep orange-red blossoms cover the bare branches before foliage appears, making it a standout shrub for borders, hedges, or naturalized areas. Tough, drought-tolerant once established, and resistant to deer, this low-maintenance deciduous shrub also attracts pollinators and makes an excellent cut flower.
