  • This warranty provides coverage for a single plant. If you are making a larger order that includes multiple plants, please ensure to purchase the necessary amount of coverage accordingly.

At TriStar Plants, our primary goal is to provide you with a healthy and vibrant plant, allowing you to enhance the beauty of your property. We understand that unforeseen issues can arise, which is why we proudly offer the TriStar guarantee - a solution to address any problems that may occur. 

We are confident that most plant issues manifest within the first 30 days. Nevertheless, we stand by our customers for an extended period. Our Tristar warranty covers your plant for a full year from the date of purchase, with a one-time replacement in the form of store credit (shipping costs not included). Warranty must be purchased concurrently, not afterward. Damage from shipping, improper planting, clearance, neglect, or unsuitable zones isn't covered. To ensure the success of your plant, it is crucial to follow our Planting and Watering Guidelines diligently. In case you encounter any trouble, contact us at the first sign of an issue so that we can assist you with the appropriate care methods and potentially save your plant. Please note that failure to reach out to us in a timely manner may result in the voiding of your warranty.

 

For warranty activation, kindly provide a picture of the plant in its planted environment. However, it is essential to understand that our warranty does not cover damage resulting from shipping, planting against our recommendations, using containers or window boxes for planting, damages caused by machinery, clearance plants, improper care such as neglecting watering and basic care, plants sold as bareroot, plants planted outside of their hardiness zone, and house plants.

While TriStar Plants strives to deliver healthy and vibrant plants and offers a warranty for up to one year from the date of purchase, it is essential to acknowledge that certain limitations to our liability exist. TriStar Plants' total liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original cost of the purchased plant or the value of a one-time replacement in the form of store credit, as determined by TriStar Plants.

TriStar Plants shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, or special damages arising from the purchase, use, or inability to use the plant, including but not limited to damages resulting from loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, or any other commercial or economic losses.

Furthermore, TriStar Plants shall not be responsible for damages caused by factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, pest infestations, or negligence on the customer's part in adhering to the Planting and Watering Guidelines.

This limitation of liability is an integral part of the TriStar warranty, and by accepting the terms of the warranty, the customer agrees to these terms and acknowledges the allocation of risk reflected in this provision. The customer's exclusive remedy for any claim arising under this warranty shall be limited to the remedies expressly provided herein.

Please note that this limitation of liability does not affect any statutory rights that may apply under consumer protection laws or other applicable regulations.
