The Pelargonium Graveolens - Citronella Geranium, also known as 'Scented Geranium', this plant is an upright evergreen perennial used primarily for the scent it exudes. Its soft green, deep, crinkle cut, serrated leaves are strongly scented with a sharp, citrus scent and becomes more potent when the leaves are bruised. Small clusters of tiny lavender-pink flowers with crimson details bloom in the summer.

Full sun to partial sun.

Attracts birds, bees and butterflies.

Drought tolerant once established.

Purple flowers, non-fragrant

Soil, Water, Fertilizer: Moist, loamy, well-draining soil with pH of 5.8-6.5. Water regularly, drought tolerant once established. Fertilize lightly as too much can reduce the fragrance of the leaves.
