The Syringa Meyeri 'Palibin'- Dwarf Korean Lilac is a dwarf, compact, spreading lilac with abundant fully sized showy flowers blooming at the ends of the branches. Typically flowering around mid-May, this petite, low maintenance shrub displays large clusters of fragrant, pale reddish-purple flowers. This little shrub produces so many flowers clusters that they almost completely cover their dark green, ruffled foliage in the spring time and have the chance of a light reblooming again in late summer. Cold hardy and doesn't mind pollution in the cities, its compact size, color and fragrance can easily be squeezed into any garden or pot.Â
