Not worth the money

I basically received a twig with a couple branches and one of the branches broke off when it arrived. Barely had leaves on it and no blooms like in the picture. It was pretty disappointing to say the least because I've purchased many plants online and this is the worst one yet. Customer service was good as this shipped very fast but other than that I would say look elsewhere.
